NOTICE TO REQUESTING INDIVIDUAL : Removed Parts Must Be Received Within 30 Days of Receiving the Replacement Part Or Charges Will Apply
Form must be completed and faxed by 15:00 Central Time for same day shipment.
Please accompany this form with digital pictures showing the extent of the damage. Failure to do so will result in a delay with your request.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The customer will be responsible for proper packaging of the part. Hyosung will not be held responsible for parts damaged in shipping.
2. The cost to repair the part will be a flat rate of $100.00 for labor plus the cost of the parts needed for the repair.
3. If the total cost to repair the part is $200.00 or less, Hyosung will repair and ship the part within 15 business days.
The customer will be charged for the cost to repair plus the freight to return. If the total cost to repair is expected to be more than $200.00,
Hyosung will call the customer with a repair estimate. We will not be able to start the repair until the customer has approved the estimate.
After receiving the approval, Hyosung will repair and ship the part within 15 business days.
4. The ownership of the part will remain with the customer even while the part is in-house at Hyosung.
5. Components replaced on the part by Hyosung will carry a 90-day parts warranty.
6. If you would like your repair in 5 business days there will be a $100.00 expedite fee.
